MI - Coruption moving like a storm. Freely entered into any room, no matter the palace, the village office, or workspace member of parliament and the judges in a courtroom trial. Various surveys conducted related to corruption proves it.
Indonesia Public Sector Integrity Survey in 2011 conducted the Corruption Eradication Commission reaffirmed that the government is soft nest of corruption. Three ministries referred to as the most prone to corruption namely the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration and the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs.These three ministries are, incidentally, led by elite political parties. Ministry of Religious Affairs led by Surya Dharma Ali, Chairman of the PPP, the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration commanded Muhaimin Iskandar, Chairman of the CBA, as well as the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs led Syarief Hassan, member of the Board of Trustees of the Democratic Party.
The public had long assumed that political parties make the ministry they are leading as cash cows to inflate the coffers of the party. KPK chairman Busyro Muqoddas reinforce that notion. According to Busyro, the ministry which fronted the party vulnerable to dairy cows.
Politics in Indonesia requires money pile up, either to polish up, improve its image, or to act like Santa Claus handing the gifts to constituents. To reap huge funds, politicians did not hesitate to cost the state through various means unlawful.
Not surprisingly, the survey puts a lot of political parties and the legislature (parliament) as the most corrupt institution. Even the Supreme Audit Agency found that from 2007-2010 the social aid fund amounting to Rp300 trillion prone to misuse of political parties.
Some funds are used for the purposes of elections of regional heads. Indeed Commission's survey reinforces what has long been public knowledge.
However, surprisingly, even the emergence of the Ministry of Religious Affairs as the most corrupt institution. Ministry in charge of taking care of society's morals and character filled with bribes and gratuities.
Through this forum we are repeatedly reminded that the political party elites did not lead the ministry because they will be tempted to drain state funds to feed the party. Party only supports people of character to become a minister.
We give appreciation to the Commission because the Commission already knows the survey anywhere corruptors nesting and offspring. We also believe KPK began targeting the ministries and institutions. Public now awaits when KPK homeless people from the most corrupt ministry to the prison.
